Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Promptly and warmly greet guests and take food and beverages efficiently, following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Follow up to assist with guest needs.
3. Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate requests and note preferences; be aware of dietary restrictions and allergens.
4. Coordinate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodate special requests.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills, work well with others, and remain flexible and patient with guests and staff.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
7. Handle sensitive personal or medical information with confidentiality.
8. Address complaints promptly and communicate issues to supervisors.
9. Ensure proper setup and cleanup of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
10. Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers.
11. Collaborate with other departments during special events.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
