Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• RBS certification or obtain within 2 months of start date.
• Food Handlers certification preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to carry a 25 lb tray on your shoulder.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lb bus tubs.
• Wear the required uniform and maintain grooming standards.
• Be a team player and safety-conscious.
• Season runs September to May.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and stations for meal service.
• Memorize menu and daily specials.
• Serve in a modified banquet style.
• Acknowledge members within 10 feet with a smile and greeting.
• Answer questions about the menu.
• Pick up food from kitchen and return to members.
• Follow up with members during the meal period.
• Break down tables and stations after service.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room and back of house.
• Take constructive feedback from management.
• Bus tables and carry dirty dish tubs to the dish room.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
