SaddleBrooke Two seeks a courteous banquet server to deliver high-quality service for banquets, meetings, and special events. You will serve courses, assist with buffet setups, and help with room changes and cleanup, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

The role requires an Arizona Food Handlers Certificate and participation in TIPS training, with emphasis on speed, accuracy, and strong customer service. Weekend/evening shifts are common, and a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires possession of Arizona Food Handlers Certificate.
• Must participate in TIPS alcohol training.
• Speed and efficiency in performing assigned tasks.
• Must be at least 19 years of age to meet age requirements for Arizona Liquor Law.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to members and guests by serving entrees and beverages as sit-down meal service, or attend to the buffet, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with set up and tear down of room, including moving tables and chairs and changing room setup for entertainment.
• Maintain workstations and perform side work such as napkin folding, polishing silverware and glassware, stocking dishes.
