Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to help create memorable guest experiences at events, meetings, and banquets. You’ll set up and break down spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests feel welcomed with a warm, professional demeanor.

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The compensation is $10.98 per hour with full healthcare benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth within our nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or banquet service preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Excellent guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces for banquets and meetings.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized service area throughout events.
• Report to Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager and follow direction.
