Job summary

Suburban Inns is seeking a Banquet Server for Embassy Suites Downtown Grand Rapids to support fast-paced banquet events. This part-time, on-call role requires weekend availability and offers a wage of $13.73 per hour plus commission. The position may also be used as a paid internship.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
• Maintain knowledge of event menu items and service styles (buffet, plated, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and alcohol service guidelines.
• Support other areas as needed during events.
