Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Knowledge of and ability to maintain a high standard of sanitation.
• Ability to read and follow event schedules and timelines.
• Substitution of education for experience is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Secure linen, glassware and silverware for events.
• Prepare tables and ensure cleanliness of dishes, linens, and condiments.
• Serve food and beverages according to instructions and schedules.
• Refill containers and assist with cleaning in dining and prep areas.
• Answer simple questions about menu items and offerings.
