Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, MD is seeking an Event Services Attendant (Banquet Servers) for a seasonal, hourly role through November 2026. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is needed.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift a moderate weight.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation is preferred.
• Experience in banquet/service is helpful but not required.
• The role involves fast-paced event environments and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and maintain them throughout events.
• Clear and reset plates and glassware during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and serving areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members for seamless events.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Follow Banquet Event Order specifications.
