Job summary

Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a full-time Banquet Server. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of F&B experience, knowledge of health regulations, and strong interpersonal and service orientation.

You will set up function spaces, serve guests, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining safety and cleanliness. We offer healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Must have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experience.
• Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares function site; ensures meeting room is set according to specification.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
• Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas according to the Banquet Event Order or as directed.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Maintains clean banquet service areas and catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
• Assists in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area.
• Ensures guests receive excellent customer service by anticipating their needs.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required; regular and reliable attendance.
