Coeur d'Alene Resort is seeking a dedicated Convention Center Server to manage setup, service, and breakdown for banquet events and outdoor functions. You will work with a team to deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service, with gratuity shared among banquet servers.

The role emphasizes a polished appearance, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly with guests.
• Punctual and reliable with the ability to follow directions.
• Open availability to accommodate banquet schedules and events.
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares room for dining by setting tables, clothing tables, and placing decorations.
• Carries plates on trays and serves guests during events.
• Arranges food on serving trays in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Keeps glasses filled, replenishes utensils, and removes rounds of dishes.
• Performs cleaning tasks and breakdown of service after functions.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
• Collaborates with team and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
