Candidates should have 1 year of food service experience, strong communication, and a professional appearance. The role requires flexibility across early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year food service experience required.
• Availability for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of room diagrams for station setup and seating charts.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information to customers clearly in person or small groups.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist and prepare in set up of banquet area prior to guest arrival.
• Maintain timeline of events to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and respond accordingly.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies for food and beverage.
• Adhere to state/local laws for responsible alcohol service.
