Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a part-time Banquet Server for The Country Club of the South in Johns Creek, GA. You will set up events, serve guests with a focus on exemplary service, and breakdown after functions to maintain a pristine dining environment.

Strong communication, English proficiency, and prior banquet or server experience are preferred. You will use Workday for scheduling and time-off requests; the role requires mobility and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server or banquet server experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow directions and be coachable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must speak, read, and write in English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members/guests and meet or exceed expectations.
• Set up for events by arranging tables, place settings, buffets, and equipment.
• Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Follow the service sequence and club standards per training manual.
• Ensure service stations are stocked and areas are clean and organized.
• Attend pre-service training and adhere to uniform and grooming policies.
