Job summary

CSM Corporation is seeking a banquet server for Marriott Minneapolis West in St Louis Park, MN. You will serve food and beverages, set up and break down banquet spaces, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires one year of guest service experience, adherence to health regulations, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. TIPS or CARE certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest service experience.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desirable or obtainable.
• Ability to speak, understand and write English to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Set up, maintain and take down banquet rooms after events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist bartenders and coordinate with event planners as needed.
• Adhere to all brand standards and CS M procedures.
