Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Server in Baton Rouge to join our service-focused team. As a Banquet Server, you will take guest orders, ensure accurate delivery, refresh drinks, and assist with bussing tables in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

• High School education is the minimum requirement.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Refreshes drinks
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred
