Destination by Hyatt in Chapel Hill, NC seeks banquet servers to deliver food and beverage service for hotel events. You will help present the space, arrange linen and table settings, and assist with menu offerings for each function.

Responsibilities include setup before events, serving appetizers and plated dinners, delivering meals from kitchen to banquet hall, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace. Flexibility for weekdays, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Arrive at scheduled start time in uniform and ready to work.
• Uniform must be neat and pressed.
• Keeps work station clean at all times.
• Set up tables and banquet hall before the event.
• Assist with food preparation before and during the event.
• Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the banquet hall in a timely manner.
• Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Willing to work flexible schedule weekdays, weekends and holidays.
