We are hiring Banquet Servers! We are looking for people passionate about serving others. Our hotel events showcase our venue for receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions. It's our opportunity to shine and attract more business through excellent service! We need a team of team players focused on quality, service, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
2. Greet guests and accommodate their needs during events.
3. Communicate effectively with guests regarding the menu.
4. Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
5. Assist other servers during peak periods.
6. Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards.
7. Anticipate guest needs and monitor their dining experience for satisfaction.
8. Set up, execute, and clean up after events.
9. Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
