Position Summary

The Banquet Server provides exceptional hospitality to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
• Carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, consistent with DLTCC standards.
• Maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring all needs are anticipated and met.
• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations throughout the venue, adhering to standards.
• Inventory management for food and beverage stations.
• Keep event areas and front-of-house staging areas tidy and organized.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Work independently during slower times.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment.
• Engage in high levels of social contact with staff and patrons.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure work accuracy and attention to detail.
• Multi-task effectively.
• Handle and move objects safely.
• Maintain a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
• Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Apply basic arithmetic skills.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach as needed.
• Lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 30 lbs., frequently 15 lbs.

Qualifications
