Job Summary

Banquet Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions, serving in a friendly and efficient manner, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. They must be attentive to guest needs, making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Physical Abilities

• Sitting: Occasionally
• Standing/Walking: Frequently, up to three miles per day
• Crouching: Occasionally
• Handling/Grasping: Frequently
• Climbing: Frequently
• Reaching: Occasionally
• Pushing/Pulling: Occasionally up to 30 lbs
• Lifting/Carrying: Frequently up to 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs

Working Environment

• Interior areas of the hotel
• Exterior with weather exposure
• Exposure to chemicals in controlled environments

Responsibilities

• Set up for events, including table arrangements and buffet setup
• Serve guests, carry plates, keep glasses filled, and clear tables
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist with special events and perform cleaning tasks as directed
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards

Qualifications
