Qualifications

• Experience in banquet service, restaurant service, bartending, or similar food and beverage environment.
• Previous bartending experience including preparation and service of standard cocktails and alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment; English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive service during banquets, weddings, corporate events, golf outings, and private functions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation, etiquette, and service standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain knowledge of standard cocktail recipes, liquor brands, wine selections, and beverage presentation standards.
• Assist with replenishing buffet stations, clearing tables, refreshing beverages, and maintaining clean event spaces.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and event management teams to ensure seamless event execution.
