Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take accurate food orders, considering allergies and dietary restrictions, and ensure buffet is stocked and cleared appropriately.
  • Monitor food and beverage distribution, ensuring proper delivery, presentation, and buffet appeal.
  • Read Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and assist with room setups.
  • Complete side duties before and after events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant serving roles
  • Food safety certification preferred
