A prestigious country club is seeking an experienced banquet and a la carte server to enhance its food & beverage team. We are seeking a banquet and a la carte server with a dynamic hospitality driven attitude to join our food & beverage team.Must be available a minimum of 2 shifts a week (or 3 if you prefer). Must be available nights and weekends.
Monterey Peninsula Country Club caters to a diverse Membership of more than 1,100 Members. Dining is provided daily in five outlets throughout the Clubhouse, Golf House and two 18-hole golf courses. MPCC will serve over 200,000 covers per year in a la carte and banquets.
As a banquet server for Monterey Peninsula Country Club, we will ask you to:
Ensure that members and guests receive all food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Describe all menu items including the method of preparation, major ingredients, garnish, and method of presentation for all menu items.
Ensure that side stations are maintained and organized at all times.
Help maximize the number of members served and limit delays in seating members and guests.
Assist with room set up and breakdown.
