Serves all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures. Assists with busing tables when necessary and strives for excellent service, such as ensuring water glasses are filled and tables are clean. Exercises warm hospitality, maintains knowledge of food items, and possesses excellent communication and guest relations skills.
