Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking reliable, energetic Banquet Servers to join our events team for evenings, weekends and holiday functions. You’ll help execute a variety of events from weddings to corporate functions, ensuring top-tier service and memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent guest service and time management abilities.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and event details.
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately during plated and buffet-style events.
• Clear tables, refresh water and beverages, and maintain a tidy event space throughout service.
• Assist with event breakdown and resetting for the next function.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and banquet captains to ensure seamless service.
• Follow event timelines and instructions with attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation.
• Ensure all alcohol service complies with state and club policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)
