Legends Global is seeking a Banquet Server to support events at the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center in Richmond, VA. This role works as part of our Food & Beverage team, delivering attentive service and upholding company standards during catered events.

The position is part-time, hourly, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will assist with setup, service, and cleanup, maintain guest satisfaction, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure smooth event

THE ROLE

The position includes service at both the Altria Theater and the Dominion Energy Center, and this role provides operational support across both locations. The Catering Attendant supports catering operations by assisting with event preparation, setup, service, and cleanup while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment.
• Ensure all event signage is properly displayed.
• Set up tables, chairs, and catering areas as assigned by the Catering Supervisor or Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set glassware, silverware, dinnerware, and additional event necessities according to event specifications.
• Maintain catered areas in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition throughout events.
• Serve guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of catering areas following events.
• Support overall event operations while maintaining high guest-service standards.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates throughout the Toledo Complex, including warehouse, dock, storage, kitchen, concessions, and event spaces. Team members may work indoors and outdoors depending on event needs. The role may require exposure to varying temperatures, including coolers, freezers, outdoor weather conditions, and high-volume event environments.

All team members are expected to practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and complete company-wide and job-specific safety training.

Team members must:

• Operate equipment only when properly trained and authorized.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Clean spills and hazards promptly.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Report all workplace injuries and illnesses in the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day the incident is reported.

Compensation:

In accordance with Virginia law, the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
