The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking energetic Banquet Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver exceptional service at banquets, weddings, meetings, and other special events, helping to create memorable experiences for guests.

This part-time position offers a flex schedule and starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Benefits include an Employee Referral Bonus Program, Management Development Program, and hotel and travel discounts to teammates.

Responsabilités

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service stations according to event specifications.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout each event.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper presentation and service standards.
• Assist with plated meals, buffet service, receptions, and other banquet-style functions.
• Maintain knowledge of event menus, food offerings, beverage options, and special dietary requests.
• Communicate effectively with banquet captains, supervisors, kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the event.
• Assist with room breakdown, equipment removal, and post-event cleanup.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow resort service standards at all times.
• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hospitality of The Lodge of Four Seasons.

Position Overview

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service during banquets, weddings, meetings, and other special events. You'll work closely with the banquet team to prepare event spaces, serve guests efficiently and professionally, and ensure all service details meet the resort's standards of excellence. Your teamwork, flexibility, and dedication to guest satisfaction will help create seamless and memorable event experiences.
