Job summary

Hillwood Country Club in Nashville, TN is seeking Banquet Servers to support events ranging from business meetings to weddings. Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call shifts are available, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with a premier club.

You'll assist with setup and breakdown, relay food and beverage orders, maintain cleanliness, and stay composed in fast-paced environments while providing outstanding hospitality to our members and guests.

Qualifications

• Banquet experience is a plus.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the complete setup and breakdown of banquet areas.
• Relay food and beverage orders.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to event concerns.
• Remain composed in fast-paced environments.
• Have working knowledge of POS systems.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
