Job summary

Indian Hills Country Club in Mission Hills, KS is seeking part-time servers to work banquets and private events. Earn $19-$22 per hour and join a team that delivers professional service. You will set up and break down event spaces, take orders, serve food and drinks, and enter orders in the POS system while engaging with members and guests.

High school diploma required; prior hospitality experience preferred. Evenings, weekends and holidays required.

Servers at Indian Hills Country Club are expected to workas server on banquets/private events of various size, times, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down event spaces or dining rooms
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, or keeping buffets stocked
• Entering orders using the POS system
• Interacting with members and guests on a regular basis, must always keep a professional and welcoming attitude
• Tableside wine service
• Bussing tables and maintain an enjoyable dining space.
• Communicating with team members and management
• Side work tasks such as: polishing silverware, rolling silverware, polishing glassware, restocking, sweeping, etc.

• Punctual, professional, having a willingness to learn and communicate.

Education

High school diploma

Experience

Previous server or hospitality experience preferred.

Working Conditions
