• Welcomes and acknowledges attendees, providing attention to members and guests before, during, and after events.
• Sets up tables with silverware, glassware, and tablecloths ensuring cleanliness and wrinkle‑free presentation.
• Takes cocktail orders, pours and refills wine, coffee, water, and other beverages and serves food per Club protocol.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout events and removes soiled dishes and glassware.
• Communicates clearly with professional etiquette.
• Advises supervisor of any member/guest complaint as soon as they occur.
• Assists in closing functions by removing linens and resetting the room for the next shift.

• Speaks using clear and professional language and appropriate etiquette.

• Assists in closing functions by removing linens, bussing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and resetting the room before ending shift.
