• Follow banquet orders, clean-as-you-go, and proper alcohol and cash handling procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors, event organizers, and team members.
• Assist with post-event cleanup, inventory, and food storage.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, maintain, serve, and break down banquet events following brand standards, and local health standards
• Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and ensure a positive experience
• Run food, serve plated meals, and assist with beverages, appetizers, and buffet setups
• Follow banquet event orders, “clean as you go” practices, and proper alcohol and cash handling procedures
• Communicate with supervisors, event organizers, and other team members
• Assist with post-event cleanup, inventory, and food storage
