Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Banquet Server to provide first-rate food and beverage service during catered events, banquets, and meetings. You will ensure guests receive prompt, professional service while upholding hospitality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include serving according to BEO specifications, maintaining clean stations, and coordinating with team members to deliver seamless events. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, banquet, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and create a positive guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and Banquet Event Order (BEO) specifications.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and fellow team members.
• Prepare service stations with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Assist with food and beverage presentation and replenishment.
• Monitor assigned sections to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events.
• Follow banquet event orders (BEOs) and service instructions.
• Maintain organized and sanitary work areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Adhere to uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations.
• Other Duties as Assigned

Banquet Server

The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service during catered events, banquets, meetings, and special functions.
