Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Banquet Server to uphold high dining standards in presentation, setup and service. You will interact with guests in a friendly, efficient manner while serving food and beverages. Immediate openings include full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow instruction from Banquet Captain/Manager.
• Participate in event setup including moving and setting tables and chairs, buffet setup, side stations, etc.
• Prepare table settings, condiments, beverages, etc. for the function as dictated.
• Communicate with Banquet Captain/Manager throughout the function to notify them of changes, special requests, or dietary restrictions.
• Interact in courteous and professional manner with all function guests to ensure exceptional dining experience.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Ensure all assigned side-work and pre-work needed for future events is completed before leaving.
• Participate in the clean up after all functions including floors, dishes, equipment and supplies have been properly cleaned and stored.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

Pay Rate:

Pay Rate: $$17.00 /hr

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
