We are currently in search of banquet event servers, with positions available for both full-time and part-time employment (though full-time is preferred). Requirements

• The minimum age requirement of 18
• Flexible availability, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A minimum of one year's experience in the hospitality sector (experience within a private club is considered a bonus)
• Keen attention to detail and the capability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in accurately reading and inputting data into our reservation/point-of-sale system
• An upbeat, positive, and energetic personality

Compensation

• A competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $18, based on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package (accessible after completing 90 days of full-time employment), including health, dental, and vision insurance; a retirement plan; and paid time off
