Note: In our operation, Banquet Servers support both service and setup/breakdown responsibilities.

Hospitality attitude is essential. We can train service steps; we cannot train genuine warmth, initiative, and professionalism.
Schedule & Availability Expectations This role requires a highly flexible schedule due to the nature of weddings and resort events. Weekend, holiday, and peak season availability is required. This position is best suited for individuals with consistent availability. It may not be ideal for applicants with limited schedules, frequent travel plans, or extended absences during busy seasons (including summer). Early morning events (as early as 5:00 AM) and late-night receptions are common.
