Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Banquet Server to join our team in delivering memorable experiences at receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other special events.

You will excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong attention to detail and a passion for exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include arranging settings, carrying service trays, and coordinating with guests on menu questions and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, linens according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs).
• Carry trays of food from staging areas, pour water and wine, while servicing multiple course meals and buffet lines.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions and any special dietary needs.
• Set up, execute, and maintain clean tables between courses.
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services to Brand and company standards.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
