Job summary

Marriott Albuquerque is seeking Banquet Servers to deliver exceptional service at events. You will help set up and break down banquet spaces and ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidates should be flexible with early mornings, days, evenings, weekends or holidays, be able to stand for long periods, and perform light lifting. Training is provided for those new to banquet service.

Qualifications

• Banquet serving experience preferred, but will train.
• Flexible to work early mornings, days, afternoons, evenings weekends and or holidays.
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift.
• Ability to push, pull and lift.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent banquet service experience.
• Set up and breakdown of banquet tables per Banquet Event Order, including linens and centerpieces.
• Serve food and beverages to guests per company policy.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Maintain clean and organized banquet spaces before, during and after events.
• Follow company safety and security policies.
