Are you passionate about culinary arts and eager to advance your career? Join our banquet kitchen team at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and elevate your skills on a world-class platform.

• Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting colleagues
• Prepare and serve food for a la carte and buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
• Participate actively in daily shift briefings with ideas and suggestions
• Manage product rotation to minimize waste and spoilage
• Ensure accuracy in storeroom requisitions
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, features, and promotions
• Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Adhere to sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Passionate about food and customer service
• Adhere to grooming guidelines
• Experience in Garde Manger and Hot Kitchen in a 4- or 5-Diamond hotel, especially in banquet kitchens
• Knowledge of Southwest cuisine preferred
• Culinary diploma or certification is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and responsible
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with focus on guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy
• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
