Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in banquet/catering or food and beverage service.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in banquet/event operations.
• Legal age to serve alcohol per local/state rules.
• POS systems knowledge and event service processes.
• TIPS or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required by location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet/catered event operations and staff to meet BEOs and client expectations.
• Coordinate Banquet Captains and Servers; ensure service standards and safety.
• Manage on-site leadership, readiness, and issue resolution during events.
• Support setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability for safety, sanitation, staffing and service quality.
