Schulte Hospitality Group in Jacksonville, FL seeks a dynamic Banquet Manager to lead our banquet and F&B teams at the DoubleTree by Hilton Riverfront. You will manage budgets, ensure high service standards, and coordinate event logistics on a daily basis.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related fields preferred.
• At least two years’ experience as a Banquet Manager or supervising a banquet/F&B team.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve budgeted food and beverage sales and labor costs.
• Supervise daily operation of meeting/banquet set-ups and service.
• Produce weekly staff schedules according to business levels and labor budgets.
• Ensure staff is trained and briefed for each event and that rooms are turned around promptly.
