• Consult with Manager and/or Chef regarding banquet needs.
• Requisition table linen, china, glassware, and equipment for events.
• Observe service to ensure proper garnishing and plate presentation.
• Read and execute Banquet Event Order (BEO) forms.
• Maintain F&B areas per company standards and regulations.
• Remain aware of property events and hours for all F&B outlets; may support casino/hotel stations.
• Provide excellent guest service.
