In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Banquet Operations and will report to the Assistant Director of Banquets and the Director of Banquets.

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of banquet leadership experience, preferably within a luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environment, with union leadership experience strongly preferred. We are seeking a proactive, self-driven leader who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example without needing direction. This individual has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, an unwavering attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team while upholding the world-class service standards of Waldorf Astoria.
