Job summary

Newport Harbor Island Resort in Newport, Rhode Island, is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead and coordinate high-end events in a fast-paced environment. You will hire and train banquet staff, schedule monthly meetings, and model service etiquette while supervising the setup of linens, silver, china and glassware to meet event specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate banquet events end-to-end.
• Hire and train all banquet staff, including scheduling and monthly meetings.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to manage and coordinate banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
