Applicants should have flexible schedules as this position will have alternating shifts during the week. Come be a part of an award‑winning Culinary staff!

Position Requirements

Position requirements include but are not limited to:

• A minimum of 1-year experience in a banquet kitchen
• Prepare attractive platter presentations and action stations for weddings and large events
• Garnish and arrange serving displays for salads, vegetables, cheese, and fruit trays
• Read prep sheets and gather the required ingredients and supplies
• Maintain all sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Good knife skills
• Ability to handle food preparation for large groups
• Able to lift 20‑30 pounds safely
• Awareness of safety in and around the kitchen
• Available to work a varied schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
