The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Banquet Houseperson/Set-Up Supervisor to lead a team and execute exceptional events for our guests.

You will oversee set-ups, coordinate with banquet coordinators, train staff, maintain a spotless banquet area, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction in a historic, luxury environment run by Davidson Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Banquet Houseperson or similar role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Banquet Housepersons for set-up and breakdown.
• Coordinate with banquet coordinators and other departments to execute events.
• Oversee furniture and equipment arrangements per event specifications.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas and professional atmosphere.
• Collaborate with banquet team to exceed guest expectations.
