What will I be doing?

A Lead Banquet Houseperson supports Food and Beverage operations to ensure excellent guest experiences, maintains cleanliness, and manages equipment. Responsibilities include:

1. Set-up and clean-up of banquet functions
2. Arranging tables and chairs as per specifications
3. Cleaning tasks like vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, and trash removal
4. Maintaining cleanliness of banquet and conference areas
5. Ensuring equipment functionality and reporting issues
6. Projecting professionalism to guests and team members
7. Assisting the back-of-house team
8. Handling equipment requiring lifting or pushing (at least 50 pounds)
9. Supporting efficient setup for Food and Beverage functions
10. Adhering to safety and hotel regulations
11. Participating in hotel-provided training
