Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a housekeeping team member at its Philadelphia property. You will clean guest rooms and public areas, greet guests, and assist with requests to ensure an exceptional stay.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates are at least 18, able to follow instructions, detail-oriented, and with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting rooms.

• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
• Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
• Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
