Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth Embassy Suites, Grapevine, TX, seeks a dedicated events/banquet staff member to set up and break down spaces for meetings and banquets. You will keep event areas guest-ready, assist with moving supplies, and support food and beverage service with a positive, guest-focused attitude.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong communication within a team, including the kitchen. Nights, weekends, and holidays are common.

Qualifications

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms per event orders.
• Refresh and prepare spaces for guests throughout the day.

What You Will Do:

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (yes, including coffee breaks).
• Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, or décor.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
