Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to set up and break down event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction during functions.

You will maintain clean banquet areas, handle guest needs professionally, and follow food safety and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact during the function.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe environment.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand/walk for entire shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
