A Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, contributing to the hotel's guest service excellence and profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server, your responsibilities include:

• Setting banquet tables according to event specifications
• Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Maintaining menu knowledge
• Clearing tables after meals and delivering items to the stewarding area
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service
• Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Assisting team members and other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Performing side work such as cleaning, stocking, and silverware folding
