Job summary

JDM Golf’s Adobe Bar & Grille in Phoenix seeks a Banquet Manager to lead planning and execution of banquet and special events. You will supervise banquet captains and coordinators, coordinate with clients, culinary, and golf operations to ensure flawless service and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, BEO accuracy, event setup, and post-event follow-up, with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; supervisory or management experience in banquets, catering, or hospitality environment.
• Experience coordinating weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments, private parties, or large events.
• Experience working in golf club, country club, resort, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all banquet and special events from start to finish.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision of banquet captains and coordinators.
• Coordinate with sales, culinary, F&B, golf operations and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
