Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Banquet House Attendant to join our team and elevate guest experiences. You will set up and break down banquet spaces, arrange tables and chairs, and ensure all linens, china, and glassware are pristine for events.

The role requires basic high school education, at least one year in food service, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. We offer comprehensive benefits, on-site dining, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
