Job summary

Wind River Hotel Casino in Riverton, WY invites applications for a banquet server to support events and venue operations. Responsibilities include preparing banquet rooms, serving food and drinks, and assisting with entertainment department events to ensure a lively, professional experience for casino guests.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with the ability to work flexible hours, including peak times, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be people friendly.
• Must be a team-player and team-builder.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Must be dependable and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help to prepare banquet rooms for planned events.
• Serving food & beverages at all planned events.
• Assists in all events the Entertainment department is responsible for and participates in various training activities.
• Work with all departments to conduct a lively and professional venue for casino customers and entertainers.
• Will need to work flexible hours, when necessary.
• Attends all staff meetings and required trainings.
• Must comply with policies and procedures.
• All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
